Ultramarine Blue was previously available only as a limited release due to difficulties in sourcing its raw materials. Now that a stable supply has been secured, it has been added to the regular lineup.
The color is almost identical to Ultramarine Blue 2. By using high-quality pigments, it produces a uniquely beautiful blue that is difficult to achieve with other paints.
Because this is a pigment-based transparent color, apply it over a suitable base coat, or mix it with an opaque color such as white to increase its hiding power.
