Return Policy

If you have purchased one of our products, we really appreciate your support.

Our refund period is 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Provided your item meets the refund criteria, we shall process a full refund or store credit upon receipt of your returned goods.

Please note that you shall bear the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

- Consumable items are not non-returnable.

- Due to slight variations in color display across different computer screens, there may be minor discrepancies compared to the actual colors.

Delayed or Lost Refunds 

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before a refund can be issued.

Cancellation of Order

If you would like to Cancel an order it must be done before the item is processed. Once it has processed and shipped out please refer to returns. There is a 5% fee for cancellation of any order still eligible for cancellation as this pays for the credit card processing fee.
